O’Neill structural demolition can tackle any job from single-family homes to commercial, industrial and institutional structures.  O’Neill demolition has the equipment, tools and talent to take care of your project quickly, safely and in-line with strict industry standards and legal requirements.

You’ve seen our work from the demolition of Grand Island Senior High’s west stadium, demolition of CHI Saint Francis to make room for the new Cancer Treatment Center to the removal of Grand Island’s Skate Island after a partial collapse due to heavy snowfall.  The list goes on and on. Our biggest project yet is the demolition of the Conestoga Mall.

O’Neill’s demolition can remove abandoned farmsteads to make room for crops, clearing old growth trees, wind breaks and other debris.  O’Neill demolition has demolished manufacturing facilities, power plants, retail stores and other large projects with the same ease with safety as our first priority.  We make quick work of the projects large and small and leave the job ready for what’s next for the property owner.  It’s no secret that O’Neill demolition can handle the big jobs, but our demolition experts can also perform precision demolition as described below.

Selective Demolition

O’Neill demolition is the trusted name for your next project.  Perhaps you need to gut an entire building, remodel a hospital or need flooring removed, we have a crew trained for your specific project. O’Neill demolition is also qualified to work in sensitive environments like hospitals, clinics,  pharmaceutical plants and others.

Mechanical Demolition

O’Neill demolition will dismantle and remove steam systems, cooling systems, HVAC, and a full range of mechanical systems for your next big job.  If you are looking for demolition experts to remove a small unit with ductwork, or a full 60-megawatt high pressure boiler, O’Neill demolition is the only call you need to make.

Concrete Cutting and Coring

O’Neill demolition has the right crew with specialized equipment for concrete coring and cutting.  We have core bits up to 20-inches in diameter and can access bits up to 72-inches. Our wall saw can cut through two feet of reinforced concrete and since we use electric equipment,  we don’t use hydraulic fluid, which is perfect for sensitive spaces.
